As part of the “Method, Methodologies and Musical Inclusion 2.0” training cycle, the session provided an important opportunity to disseminate the MuVie project's intermediate results, raise awareness among students and future teachers of inclusive practices, and explore how new technologies can make music education accessible to all.

- Music Braille as a historical yet still relevant tool for accessing music studies;
- the main challenges and barriers faced by students with visual impairments;
- technological innovations and solutions developed through the MUVIE project;
- awareness of inclusion in music education and the role of music teachers.
Participants followed a structured programme combining theoretical and practical components for over six hours.
- Music Braille: tradition and educational value.
- An explanation of Braille music reading and writing principles.
- Practical demonstrations using real examples and materials.
- Problems and solutions in accessing music studies.
- Analysis of the difficulties associated with the limited availability of Braille music texts.
- Discussion of teacher training and the need for appropriate teaching tools.
- Technology and inclusion: the contribution of the MuVie project.
- Presentation of the online music library containing Braille scores.
- An introduction to the software tools and digital resources developed within the MuVie project.
- Live demonstrations of the use of new technologies for music study.
- The role of MuVie in the European landscape.
- Presentation of the project's objectives: improving accessibility through research, resource creation and training.
- An overview of partnership activities and their expected impact at European level.
Twenty-five students from the Conservatorio di Vibo Valentia took part in the event, most of whom are preparing for careers in music education. Their active participation in demonstrations and discussions fostered greater awareness of the challenges faced by visually impaired learners. The event resulted in greater awareness of the challenges faced by visually impaired learners, and dissemination of good practices for inclusion in music teaching. It also provided them with the opportunity to apply inclusive methods in future educational contexts.
This event demonstrated how targeted masterclasses can effectively disseminate Erasmus+ project results by connecting research, pedagogy and innovation. Thanks to Anna Nicotra's contribution, the MuVie project was presented in an academic context, which enriched its outreach and strengthened its national and European impact.
